  I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old who’ve been at Next Gen since they were each 3 months old. I cannot say enough good things about the teachers at the center- I truly appreciate them and all they do for my family. My children learn so much day in and day out - their motor, social, and cognitive skills are being fostered every single day! Along with being a parent at the center, I’m also a member of the management team and have been with the company for almost four years. As an employee I can truly say that this is a fun place to work! I wake up and look forward to going to work, a lot of people can’t say that.. but I can and that’s extremely important.

  In May it will be a full year of me working at NGCC and I am so glad that I was given the opportunity to be a part of the Sudbury team. The staff are so wonderful and help each other out when another teacher is struggling with something, there is a lot of open communication between the different classrooms and programs, as well as between management and staff. The curriculum is easy to understand and mold to the children's individual needs and everyday it is a new adventure here.
